Over the years, I have come to be fully aware of this and am now the opposite. I think it might irritate people sometimes that I am a realist, I know when it is sounding like too much planning in a day than I will be able to physically do, so I won't commit to it. I hate telling people I will do something when I am pretty sure it won't happen, probably because I hate when people do that to me. So, I won't commit unless I am certain the chances of breaking that commitment are very low. You can count on my word! :-) And, it has little to do with not being sure if I want to do something and everything to do with knowing what I am capable of without wearing myself down.
